Baen's 1634: The Baltic War CD

     Please note:

I have finally been able to arrange for an ISO copy of the original Baen-supplied CD.

I will now be hosting both the original Baen-supplied CDs and the copies that I edited to correct some minor issues.

I have clearly labeled the edited files as being 'TheFifthImperiumEdit' to further indicate that the collections have been edited.

The Baltic War CD is currently available as a bound-in CD inside the first edition hardcover release of David Weber & Eric Flint's 1634: The Baltic War.

An ISO image of the CD is also made available for download when you purchase the May 2007 collection of electronic books or the single electronic book 1634: The Baltic War from Baen Publishing Enterprises at www.webscription.net.

(Please note: the CD ISO becomes available shortly after the ebook itself becomes available.)

Once you've snagged a copy of the CD here and gone and read anything you haven't before, amble on over to the Webscriptions site and buy either the monthly bundle or just the individual ebook. Any way you slice it, it's a bargain.

Please reward Baen for letting us get soft-copy samplers this way.

(And, no… I don't get a cut of any sales. This is just a hobby for me. My hosting plan gives me scads of storage space and monthly site traffic, so it doesn't cost me any more to run this site in a forgotten corner of the server using some home-brew scripts. On the other hand, you could email Baen's webmaster Arnold and let him know you bought a copy of their ebook - or in paper, if you're so inclined - after grabbing it here, so he has further examples that this method of 'advertising' is resulting in sales.)
