The Phantom CD is currently just that - a phantom.
As far as anyone seems to know there was no CD labeled #14. There is no known promotional CD (i.e. one not bound into a hard back release) either.
The label numbering for CD 13 was used twice for some unfathomable reason.
Don't expect to see anything linked to this page in the future.
I created this page simply to cut down on the number of emails wondering what I did with the missing CD.
