The Phantom CD is currently just that - a phantom.
Unlike the previous 'Phantom CDs', there was an actual CD labeled #19 produced for Tom Kratman's The Tuloriad.
Regretably, a production error resulted in a CD that had a printed label for The Tuloriad, but it's contents were an early version of the Torch of Freedom CD. (I know, because I have one of them.)
Due to production lead times, once the error was discovered, it was decided to simply abandon the disk for this entry.
Don't expect to see anything linked to this page in the future.
I created this page simply to cut down on the number of emails wondering what I did with the missing CD.
